S.H.I.T. Special High Intensity Training

In order to assure the highest levels of quality work and productivity from employees, it would be our policy to keep all employees well trained through our program of "Special High Intensity Training" (S.H.~T.)

We are trying to give employees more S.H~T n anyone else. If you feel that you do not receive your share of S.H.~T. on the job, please see you manager. You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T. list, and our managers are especially skilled at seeing that you get all of the S.H.~T. you can handle.

Employees who don't take their S.H.~t will be placed in "Departmental Employee Evaluation Programs" (D.E.E.P. S.H.~T.) Those who fail to take D.E.E.P. S.H.~T. seriously will have to go to "Employee Attitude Training" (E.A.T. S.H.~T.) Since our managers took S.H.~T. before they were promoted, they don't have to do S.H.~T. anymore, and are full of S.H.~T. already.

If you are full of S.H.~T. you may be interested in a job training others. We can add you name to our "Basic Understanding Lecture List" (B.U.L.L. S.H.~T.) Those who are full of B.U.L.L. S.H.~T. will get the S.H.~T. jobs, and can apply for promotion to "Director Of Intensity Programming" (D.I.P. S.H.~T.)

Had bball today. We keep crapping alot, including something at prom night?!..
Then went to Lot 1 to get something. Couldn't call fenghao on my phone, but i managed to find him. He's always at the particular shop where there's always westlife. (So people out there, if u wan find fenghao at lot 1, always go to that shop and wait for him). At the end , didn't get anything?

Woke up to play bball today.. Today was the best i ever played during the holidays cuz everyone was present. The bball was like fun because we were playing quite serious only except the part we keep dee siao wei kang.. We were then talking about jellyfish , cuz Kai Sian was talking about a documentry he saw on TV.. He said that when the jellyfish dies, it will release the reproductivy cells in the water. Then Wee Khiang were like" Then those girls go swimming how?" Feng Hao immediately said "They will become JellyMan,( Doing a stupid action meanwhile)"..
Soccer was fun too, cuz hardly have chance to play 4-a-side.. and we did win.. Then we talked about maple and BACK HOME!

24/12/07 Christmas Eve
Went to my gramps house for dinner, had a turkey which had duck and chicken stuffed inside, it was nice.. Had alot of different of foods such as chocolate fondue, etc..
Crapped around with all my cousins and uncles. And we DID had a countdown.. Using the TeleText clock. Once the clock turned 00.00, all of us were like "Merry Christmas" Presents were quite nice too, Had to Adidas shirts, A pouch, A ZINC slingbag and A MANU Shirt, (YAY!!)

25/12/07 Christmas Day
Went to Vivo City with Feng Hao Alexander Wei Kang The Maung. They wanted to watch "I Am Legend" but Me FH and Alex dunwan, So we were like "U wan watch i'm dragon?" then trained down to Vivo City, the place was like flooded, nearly went missing.. Went into Adidas Shop. Saw Tracy McGrady's Rockets Jeresy and LeBron James Cleveland Jeresy.. Went to Orchard later to see the floats and street lights, We were like joking that " WeiKang, i make a float for you with yr picture in front and we get to eat Curry Chicken". Then backed home.

Went out to eat and watch ManU-Everton game, went to Fajar Shopping centre to have dinner and mean while watch football matches with my dad's friends. The atmosphere watching outside is very different from watching matches at home..

The ManU-Everton match was exciting and Nail-biting.. cause ManU was only able to score from a later penalty..Cristiano Ronaldo got two goals and brought his goals tally to 11 in the league and 16 this season. And making himself the top scorer of EPL..

The place were also dramatic.. People went into dispute at the other kopitiam, smashing bottles and chairs.. luckily for us, we were very far away from the dispute, But the police only came after the dispute has been settled...

On the way back, my dad's car had a punture. We parked just below my house and changed the tires.. Learned how to change tires although it will make yr hand very greasy..

Christmas eve today, I'm going to my gramps house for a party and exchange of gifts.

It's ain't the old me anymore? I lost my form, my pace, my everything?! Wad I've become now?

Can I skip the part on class mentoring today? Brief discription: Was a class mentor, Worked as a chair mover?!? At least i had a reward..


Went straight to bball after the class mentor thingy. Wei Kang Lawrence The Maung And FENGHAO was there, they were like playing so fast lah. Half-way "Hei Hei Chuan" liao. And i proven my theory, that i cannot play soccer well in shoes and i have proven that flesh and bones can kick harder than a shoe =D


Went up FH's house to play xbox, Played Halo 3, Yay! Paired up with Law in CO-OP. He was like blur blur de? And can survive with less death than me, WTH?!?

Then went lot 1 for lunch, (Nvr ever jio fh to lot 1, cuz everytime confirm see Westlife de)*Confirm + Chop With Guarantee And Warranty*

I found out that i've been VERY gross for the past few days.. I didn't bathe for two days while i did not brush my teeth for 1 day. Like because of the weather, i didn't felt like i'm smelly becuz i didn't even sweat?!?. So this is the grossest things i ever done now..

Played Bball today. My poor ol' touch isn't there, and miss quite alot of balls and KEEP hitting the pole.. Took a SEXY picture of Feng Hao without his pants( Which is actually he rolled up his pants) Then went to BPP at night to catch 5566.. Went together with FH Law Cy and Liyuan.. Met up with my sis over there.. After their performance, Me FH Law met up with Fish while the other girls left behind for autographs. After dinner, i saw my sis wasn't in the queue, She was like waiting for the crowd to lessen. After CY and Liyuan had their poster signed, They were like whinning that they were damn hot and handsome. ( Like i nvr seen before?!?)
Then took train back home =)

I just remembered that i haven bath for entire 2 days already.. =.= All becuz of gaming didn't bathe. Like Chionged 6 lvls within 4days =D

Woke up by the call by Lawrence, i was late for bball.. i wasn't fully awake and i nearly walking into someone's funeral =X.. The floor was very wet and had no choice but to wait for the floor to dry up.. Pei yu turned up later, was like strange that she turned up..
And i slipped down after stepping on a piece of leaf, it was embrassing lah.. And FH, next time can pump the ball mahs? Very diffcult to control leh..

Wad a fine day for playing sports today.. Went down to the court for the first time in 1 week.. The court was occupied and had to wait for awhile to be cleared.. Me and FH played with the Teck Whye Guys whom we lost to them 1yr ago.. We played together with them.. Managed to score 4 goals and hit the post many times..

Just came back from a chalet today..

1st day
Meet up with fh eddie and yuya over at cck mrt station before going down to pasir ris. Went in the White Sands shopping for lunch b4 going in to chalet.. The first impression of the chalet was like* Dang, it's so small, how are we going to squeeze?* Had the bbq in the first night, had quite alot to eat..

2nd Day
Desmond Marcus Joanne and Isabelle joined us in the morning, went to escape theme park. The place haven changed a single bit when i went there 7 years ago. Kept riding rides until my stomach seems like a ice blender with my breakfast.. Went into cycling after that.. took up the doubles with desmond.. The double bike was pretty difficult to handle, it's like wrestling something.. 2hrs cycling was fun enough until fh and cy went missing -.-
luckily we managed to return the bike in time. Went swimming after that, they was like complaining that it's very cold while i'm ok?!?
Took a stroll in Pasir ris in the night b4 heading back

3rd Day
It's just the train trip back home
And suprisingly enough, i argued with my mom the first thing i reach home



And i feeling ramming some soccer balls after the whole trip just to remove the anger i received during the chalet. Good luck to the person picking the balls

Sunday
Woke up earily in the morning to prepare for the trip to Ubin.. Went to fetch my aunt b4 going down to Punggol.. The reception was kinda cheating us cuz 1 ticket was $6 but they charged $10.. Boarded the ferry and headed for Pula Ubin. We were bery well received by my mom they cuz they haven had a meal since Sat. After settling down.. we took a van down for sight-seeing b4 going the so-called "Orchard Road" of Ubin. Had lunch and after that rented bicycles for $3. We Cycle almost the whole of Ubin, from muddy paths to asphalt roads.. Had dinner earlier becuz we had to ferry back home..
